   The subject is a brick seller's bench: moulded plastic trays, sorted parts,
   a price guide open beside them. So the page is built like a parts tray rather
   than a software landing page.

   - Colour is a cool moulded-plastic grey-blue, not a warm cream or a near-black
     canvas. The accent is a deep brick cobalt, with stud-amber reserved for
     money and figures, and a muted mint for "free / already cached".
   - Type does the work: Bricolage Grotesque (assembled from parts - the word
     bricolage is literally that) for headings, IBM Plex Sans for everything
     read at length. Tabular figures so price columns line up.
   - Surfaces are outlined trays with a small radius and NO drop shadow. Shadows
     are reserved for things that actually float above the page (menus, modals).
     One radius on everything was the tell this replaces.
   - The one loud device is the stud field: the tops of LEGO studs, seen from
     above, as the page's repeating rhythm marker. It replaces the blurred
     gradient blobs, which said nothing about the subject.
